In 1997, Dr. Delmonico & Elizabeth Griffin began consulting with groups interested in various cybersex addiction, internet addiction, computer addiction, and sexual addiction. As a result of an increasing need for addiction research, cybersex addiction training, and online safety seminars, Internet Behavior Consulting was officially established in 2003.
